Directed by <strong>Edgar San Juan <\/strong>and with a stellar cast headed by <strong>Karol Sevilla<\/strong>\u00a0(Soy Luna, Siempre fui yo), <strong>Andrea Arcangeli<\/strong>\u00a0(Romulus, La primera profec\u00eda), <strong>Miguel Rodarte<\/strong>\u00a0(Destilando M\u00e9xico, Tiempo Compartido) and <strong>Esmeralda Pimentel<\/strong>\u00a0(El Color de la Pasi\u00f3n, Cachito de Cielo), the film promises a new take on this classic work.<\/p>\n<p>Cinematography for Casi el Para\u00edso was handled by AMC&#8217;s <strong>Alejandro Cant\u00fa<\/strong>\u00a0(Carm\u00edn Tropical, El Juego de las Llaves) who worked with his production team using an <strong>Alexa 35<\/strong>\u00a0camera stabilized with a <strong>Scorpio 38<\/strong>, <strong>Cooke lenses<\/strong>\u00a0and a <strong>lighting design with Asteras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The film combines classic elements of the original novel with a contemporary vision, addressing topics such as power, corruption and social
